This series began in 2020 with a site-specific video for the exhibition 'Hunak Hon'  (Here is There), a social-based project initiated by the Umm El Fahem Gallery that showed in private homes in the Arab city. In that work, I expressed my feelings and frustration at how we live in parallel worlds, our Arab neighbors and us. Never getting to know each other, strangers sharing a country. The strict blue pencil I use in these drawing brings to mind a carbon paper copy, but is also politically loaded with the colors of the Israeli flag. 
Since that initial project, the Jabarin family and mine have become friends and Amir Jabarin and I have continued an ongoing correspondence, which we exhibited together in the family's living room in 2023, this time combining my drawings with Amir's poetic and thoughtful texts.
